Initiative 1433 is proposing to incrementally increase the state minimum wage to being $13.50 in 2020, along with mandating employers to offer paid sick and safe leave. The panelists are Jesse Doran, a field coordinator for the Initiative 1433 campaign, Bob Battles, Government Affairs Director for Association of Washington Business, and Don Karger, a restaurant owner in west Richland, Wash.
